Start with the bookings that shape the trip
If it is your first visit to Grenada, you do not need to schedule every hour. The useful approach is to organise the parts that are date-sensitive or difficult to replace, then leave space around them.
Arrange your arrival
Confirm how you will get from the airport to your accommodation, particularly for evening arrivals, larger groups or guests staying outside the main south-coast areas.
Choose one or two anchor experiences
A private sailing day, island experience, special dinner or celebration can become the centre of the week. Reserve those first, then plan lighter days around them.
Book special occasions early
If you are travelling for a birthday, honeymoon, anniversary or proposal, tell your concierge before arrival. Restaurants, drivers, boats and other suppliers can then be coordinated around the same date.
Keep some days flexible
Weather, energy levels and local recommendations may change what you want to do once you arrive. A good itinerary should still feel like a holiday.
