Seven days without over-planning

A week in Grenada works best when the itinerary alternates between bigger experiences and slower days. Rather than trying to cover the island continuously, use a few well-planned anchor days.

Days 1–2: arrive and settle in

Keep the first day simple. Arrange the airport transfer, settle into the hotel or villa and choose dinner somewhere convenient. Use the second day for the beach, the local area and an easy evening.

Day 3: explore the island

Choose a private or small-group island experience that gives you a wider sense of Grenada. Your route should be built around the places you genuinely want to see rather than the longest possible checklist.

Day 4: slow down

Leave a lighter day for the beach, spa, pool, shopping or a long lunch.

Day 5: get on the water

A sailing or private boat day gives the week a completely different rhythm. Confirm the style of trip, departure point, duration and any food or drink arrangements in advance.

Days 6–7: your favourites and a strong finish

Use the final days for a restaurant you have been looking forward to, a celebration, a second experience or simply more time at the place you enjoyed most.
